Together we will discuss respecting our own boundaries, but also practising compassion towards others. 

We will discuss social media/influencers on boundaries, doing something good and the benefits of it, 

what does boundaries really mean? 

Types of boundaries, benefits of healthy boundaries and 

finally setting boundaries but with compassion. 

This workshop is a great tool and can help individuals

A much needed workshop for therapists in training or qualified. This workshop will provide you with knowledge of how to counsel muslim clients safely and ethically. This workshop offers information on difference and diversity, so therapists can work inclusively.

Upon completion of this workshop, you will gain a better understanding of the clients' presenting issue with an Islamic and cultural point of view.

We aim to raise awareness of culturally sensitive services to Muslims in the UK and what can be expected from Islamic counselling.

We hope to break down the barriers, stereotypes and taboos which prevent Muslims from accessing support through their community or through mainstream services.

This workshop involves islamic perceptions of seeking guidance and the incorporation of Islamic spirituality to support individuals in finding harmony, inner peace, and solutions to their struggles. 

We will explore challenges of mental health within 

the south asian community.
